Coffee – Ground Roasted Barley with Anise

Ingredients: Ground Roasted Hulled Barley, Anise (10%)

With the toasted and ground barley it is possible to create an infusion using both the moka and the Neapolitan coffee pot, or better still where you can personalize the concentration with a coffee press or another instrument for making infusions.
This pleasant drink can be consumed at times that are not normally allowed for coffee.

The addition of the aniseed completes the refreshing qualities of the barley with the digestive properties of aniseed. During the summer, when kept in the fridge, it is a refreshing drink that aids digestion.
