Coffee – Ground Roasted Barley

Ingredient: Ground Roasted Hulled Barley

With the toasted and ground barley it is possible to create an infusion using both the moka and the Neapolitan coffee pot, or better still where you can personalize the concentration with a coffee press or another instrument for making infusions.

This pleasant drink can be consumed at times that are not normally allowed for coffee. Thanks to its refreshing qualities it is enjoyed by both children and the elderly with some milk for breakfast or after lunch.
